Artist Profile

Choe U-Ram

Born in 1970 in Seoul, studied at Chungang University's Department of Sculpture (B.F.A. awarded in 1992, M.F.A. awarded in 1999). He has been active since 1997, mainly within Korea, however, in recent years has started to attract international attention, as can be seen in his participation in the Leeum ‘Samsung Museum of Art’ seoul Inaugural Exhibition and the Busan Biennale in 2004.
