Tromarama
PRINT OUT
Tromarama, an artist trio primarily active in Bandung, Indonesia, has so far created unique installations as well as animation video works using stop-motion video-editing technique, while the materials they use vary from over 400 pieces of woodblocks for woodprint to huge quantities of buttons and beads. The "cool" music video clips created out of low-tech yet painstaking hand work suggest entirely new possibilities for art. Featuring a newly commissioned video installation, this exhibition showcases their original sensibility.
