Independent think tank that draws up plans, makes proposals, and conducts research about anything and everything. For the Roppongi Crossing 2013 “Discursive Platform,” plans to present Chokoso Biru Choshiyo Puran (High-rise building super-use plan) and 'Ningen to Busshitsu' Ten Saitenji Keikaku (Plan to reprise the "Between man and matter" exhibition from the 10th Tokyo Biennale), which is associated with "Saitenji dot com."
