The credit card that you use will automatically be charged for annual fees when they are due going forward from the subsequent year (click here for information on membership renewal). * Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) * Please be sure to use a credit card with the same name for the cardholder as the name used in registering for membership. |

Registration is complete when you receive a confirmation email at the email address that you used in the registration process. * It takes about one week for delivery of your member card, but you can enjoy the benefits of membership as soon as you receive the confirmation email. |
