The offer will be limited to those who convey the intent of application by Sunday, March 17, 2013.
Please note also, the intent of application must be conveyed by Wednesday, November 14, 2012, in order for your name to appear on the Participation Board in the Museum at the time of the opening of the exhibition "Aida Makoto: Monument for Nothing."

Please note:
1. The contributions will be used for the purpose of organizing, planning and producing the "Aida Makoto" exhibition, including the artist's production of new artworks. Detailed information on the use of contributions will not be disclosed.
2. No cancellations or refunds of submitted contributions will be made.
3. The following credit cards may be used for payment: Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express.
4. Your credit card will be charged as "single payments" only (no "revolving repayments" plans or "installment payment" plans cannot be made).
5. To receive a receipt for your contribution, please send a request email to dev@mori.art.museum ("Aida Makoto: Heisei Kanjin Project," Mori Art Museum).
6. Confirmation of your pledge and of settlement of payment will be sent to the email address you provide when you submit your contribution. Please be sure your email address information has been given correctly. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please notify us.
7. The shipment schedule of the artwork will be notified upon processing of the application.
8. Edition number of the limited edition artwork cannot be selected by contributors.
9. The project will close once the number of application units reaches the limit (50 units).
10. The benefits may be altered depending on the timing of the application. For further details, please refer to the "Notes on Benefits" on the following page.
