Tatsuo Miyajima’s Counter Void to Light up for Limited Dates

Counter Void, the site-specific public artwork by STARS-featured artist Tatsuo Miyajima will be illuminated for a limited number of dates over the next several months.
Since presenting his first LED digital counter work in 1987, Miyajima has forged a stellar career on the international stage. Installed on a wall outside TV Asahi on Keyakizaka-dori in Roppongi Hills, Counter Void consists of a series of giant electronic digits counting down at regular intervals on a semi-opaque glass screen.
With its power to ignite the imagination in myriad ways, Counter Void is sure to be a reassuring ray of light amid the unprecedented challenges we find ourselves navigating in today’ s world.
