Tickets for the upcoming exhibition, Roppongi Crossing 2025: What Passes Is Time. We Are Eternal., opening on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, are now available for purchase on the Mori Art Museum Booking Website and Trip.com.
Sales will also commence sequentially on other online platforms such as Asoview! and Klook.
We recommend purchasing your tickets online, as the online price offers better value than onsite tickets purchased at the ticket counter.

* When using the Mori Art Museum Booking Website, you must register a Museum and Observatory ID. For details, click here.
* For this exhibition, we have an advance booking system for a designated date/time slot.
* Admissions without advance bookings will be allowed so far as the time slots have not filled up on the day of your visit.
* All prices include tax.
* The disabled, along with one accompanier each, will be free of admission upon presenting Disabled Person’s Handbook or an equivalent form of government-issued identification at the “Museum & Observatory Tickets / Information” (3F, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower). No advance booking is required.
* For Students/Seniors: Please bring valid form of ID.
* After tickets have been purchased, they cannot be canceled, the ticket type cannot be changed, the date and time cannot be changed, and refunds and reissues are not possible.
* If you forget your ticket, you will not be able to enter the museum. Please make sure to bring your ticket with you when you visit.
* When purchasing various online tickets, fees may apply in addition to the ticket price.
* Depending on how busy the museum is, you may have to wait before exchanging your ticket and entering the museum.
